All the glass has been removed in training where the firefighters
learn how to remove it without injuring the victim or themselves.

One firefighter keeps the door from springing open with a web strap
around the door and the post. This is to prevent injury to anyone
inside or outside the vehicle.
The other firefighter opens the door with the hydraulic spreader.

Now that the door is open it may need to be removed. The firefighter
with the strap pulls on the door from a distance to avoid risk of injury
as the spreader removes the door.
